Quality Policy

MM Newtech S.L., dedicated to the design and production of metal structures, fire protection systems (fire curtains, smoke control barriers and fire blankets) and supply of electrical components, has decided to implement a Quality Management System based on ISO 9001 and 14001 standards to improve the service it provides to its customers and its environmental performance.

The Management of MM Newtech S.L. approaches the Quality System as a way to organize the functioning of the ORGANIZATION based on some basic pillars such as the Quality of its products, customer satisfaction and the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the System.

For this purpose, the Integrated Management System of MM Newtech S.L. is based on:

• Quality and its improvement are the responsibility of all the members of MM Newtech S.L. starting from the top.
• Quality is achieved by planning, executing, reviewing and improving the Management System, keeping in mind at all times the context of the organization, both internal and external.
• Quality is oriented towards the satisfaction of all our customers (and interested parties), through the commitment of the entire organization to meet their needs and requirements, as well as legal and regulatory requirements and those of the products themselves.
• Quality is based on the Continuous Improvement of both the production processes and service provision, as well as the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, in which preventing errors is a fundamental aspect.
• Quality leads us to pay maximum attention to technological evolution and to the possible improvements that new technologies may make available to us.
• Ensure compliance with legal and other requirements.
• Promote the reduction of the impact that the activity causes on the environment and the prevention of pollution.
• Quality requires the participation and collaboration of everyone, so this Policy is disseminated to all MM Newtech S.L. personnel for their knowledge and understanding.

For the effective application of these principles, the support of both the management team and the staff is absolutely necessary.
